Bob is the founder of LeadOne Consulting, a leadership development firm dedicated to empowering individuals through coaching, workshops, and proven tools. With over 40 years of experience in leadership and personal growth, Bob has coached professionals worldwide, including financial advisors, business executives, emerging managers, and entrepreneurs.
His career began in 1979 when he started a financial services firm in Buffalo, New York, growing it into a successful Master Agency as a General Agent for Guardian Life Insurance Company. After retiring from that role and passing on the CEO position, Bob channeled his passion for developing leaders into founding LeadOne Consulting. The firm emphasizes that true leadership is about positively impacting and influencing others' lives, regardless of position or title.
A strong advocate for personal growth, Bob is a member of "The Circle," an elite mentoring group led by renowned speaker John Maxwell. He is a certified facilitator for John Maxwell workshops, a certified consultant with The One Page Business Plan®, a graduate of the Center for Executive Coaching, and a member of the International Coaching Federation.
Bob is also an author, with works including Make Today Your Masterpiece, a collection of leadership stories, insights, and actionable lessons. Through LeadOne, he provides original content, one-on-one coaching, team workshops, and resources to help leaders excel by example and foster engaged, high-performing teams.
Brandon Day is a leadership consultant, executive coach, and keynote speaker with more than twenty years of experience equipping leaders to make stronger decisions and achieve better results. Over the course of his career, he has helped more than five hundred clients—ranging from small businesses to established nonprofits—navigate growth, strengthen their leadership teams, and build organizations that thrive.
Born in Atlanta and raised in Savannah, he eventually made Palm Beach Gardens home, where he has spent decades investing in leaders across South Florida and beyond.
Brandon works primarily with organizations generating between two and twenty million dollars in revenue, often guiding founders, executive teams, and emerging leaders through the natural growing pains of scaling. He is licensed in the One Page Business Plan system and is known for helping leaders gain clarity, alignment, and the confidence to move forward with purpose.
His consulting engagements typically span at least a year, giving him time to understand each client's goals, refine their systems, and build leadership capacity from the inside out. Clients describe Brandon as relational, authentic, and deeply invested in their success. His approach is simple: put the client first, listen well, and create solutions tailored to the unique needs of each organization.
Brandon has been married for more than twenty years and is the proud father of two highly involved children. His family shapes the way he leads and the way he serves, grounding his work in values of integrity, presence, and legacy. A third-generation businessman, he believes every failure is a lesson and that leaders grow when curiosity replaces fear.
Today, Brandon serves as a principal consultant at Lead One Consulting in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, where he continues to help founders, nonprofits, and leadership teams reach their potential. Whether through executive coaching, strategic planning, leadership workshops, or keynote speaking, his mission remains clear: to equip, encourage, and inspire every person placed in his path.
